Finch Group has completed the purchase of Paul Jones Insurance Services Limited, which has offices in Southampton and Cowes, Isle of Wight. The broker, is a Willis Network member and currently places around £3.4M Gross Written Premium through the network and on the ‘open market’.
Both branch offices will be maintained and all of the 13 full and part-time staff will continue in their current roles.Outgoing MD, Tony Symons, will remain with the company in a Branch Manager capacity.
