Vince Gardner - Managing Director

Bio : Vince got lucky when he met Annabel and she agreed to marry him. They have since had three children and make their home in sunny Basingstoke although Vince prefers to call it “North Hampshire”.

Vince spends much of his weekend time playing cricket, golf and also managing his son’s youth cricket team. He has a keen interest in all things sporty and has been instrumental in Finch’s ongoing sponsorship of Basingstoke Rugby Club.

Career History : Vince launched himself into insurance straight from college when he joined Sun Alliance Insurance as a trainee underwriter. In the early years he moved to and from several insurers improving his underwriting and sales knowledge.

His career really took off when he agreed to join Finch Group in 1996 in order to help develop the commercial insurance side of the business. Vince was able to put his technical knowhow to good use and that coupled with his strong desire for success has helped Finch to grow into the flourishing and dynamic business it is today.
