Bio : Ashley is coming through his mid-life crisis having recently turned 40. The crisis was, however, short-lived as his wife and two boys have kept him firmly grounded and occupied. When he escapes from family life Ashley enjoys pursuing golf balls and loves the traditional English sound of leather upon willow. Other hobbies include skiing, badminton and also fixing computers....yes, he really is that nerdy!

Career History : Ashley joined Legal and General after college and trained in commercial Lines and Personal Insurance. From there he joined the property insurance specialist  Keelan Westall plc and helped in the company’s extraordinary growth and success over an 18 year period. Prior to the sale of Keelan Westall Ashley was Chief Executive controlling a premium income of £40m with a workforce of 120 brokers. After a short sabbatical Ashley joined the Finch team to enjoy further success and is currently based at our Liphook office.
