In partnership with telematics platform provider Microlise, Finch Commercial is making available a telematics solution that links to our 24/7 Claims Management Centre.
As part of this solution, Fleet Managers are able to access detailed driver performance reports, which can be used to educate drivers to improve driving style and minimise the chances of an incident occurring.
Where such an incident does occur, impacts or erratic behaviour are transmitted automatically to Finch’s team and Fleet Managers are notified by telephone, e-mail or text straight away to create the quickest FNOL (First Notification Of Loss) in the UK market!
